We, 2 couples, dined here in May 2009. We had made a reservation and it was a good thing as we saw people turned away. The restaurant was full and I can see why - the food was sooo good. Our waitress, Drea, knew the menu and wine list very well. She was able to give important details about each dish so that we were sure to make the right choices. She also was very familiar with the wineries and gave us some interesting historical details. We had brought our own wine with us and she gave us some details about ownership at that winery. Two of us had pasta dishes that were perfectly prepared, the clams with linguine were loaded with clams that were cooked just right. It is so easy for clams to wind up rubbery. My husband had duck which he said was one of the best dishes he had ever had and we haved dined all over the world. If I ever get to Healdsburg again I will be making reservations for Charcuterie and requesting Drea as my server.
