This restaurant is always packed, but the trouble was that seating was extremely limited. Thanks to a new concrete patio out front, more tables are welcome addition - that's where we chose to eat. If you like food with a N'awlins flair - this is your place. I am not a big Beignet fan, but everyone here raves about them. I have had them in The Big Easy, and these were a decent rendition. I had the combo Po'Boy - half shrimp and half fried oysters. It was very good. One in our party had the gumbo but was not enamored with it. The restrooms inside are oddly located in the middle of the restaurant and when a line up occurs, which it often does, it is not a good situation for the other diners sitting nearby - but that's what you get when you use an old house for a restaurant. Food is good, not great, but definitely worth a try. I will go back when I am in Healdsburg again.
