We planned our entire 15th anniversary getaway through Wine Country Bikes. It took about 15 minutes to coordinate and it was awesome! The staff (John) at wine country bikes set us up with a wonderful B&B, The Grapeleaf Inn, a guided bike tour through the Dry Creek Valley, spa treatments and a fantastic restaurant. We will definitely do this package again!

My wife and I booked this tour sight unseen, and can't wait to do it again next year. Gerard, our guide, was fantastic, rode at our pace, stopped when we wanted to stop, and had great stories and anecdotes about the dry creek valley. While it might seem like a lot of money for bike tour, it will be the highlight of your visit to wine country. Do it.

what a wonderful idea! we took the one day tour and absolutely loved it! we met at the store at 10am, got fitted with helmets and bikes, and took off with our awesome guide gerard. it was a beautiful day so we decided to venture a little bit further afield and rode all the way out to bella. totally worth the effort! we stopped at 4 different places, loved them all. had a wonderful picnic lunch with sandwiches from the oakville grocery. all the wine we bought we left at the wineries for a van to go back and pick up later. gerard had tons of great suggestions about places to check out on the rest of our trip, and even beyond that - he has been everywhere and it was fun to talk to him about various trips and destinations. i would say a bike wine tour is a must do for any visit to wine country.

The Wine Country Bike Tour in Healdsburg, CA was one of the best experiences we had on our trip. Dave, our guide, was well versed in the area and had first hand experience with vineyards and wineries. Our 27 mile trip took us to several different vineyards for wine tasting and an absolutely wonderful gourmet lunch prepared by the bike company enjoyed under a grape arbor. Even if you don't spend the extra money for a day tour, I recommend contacting Wine Country Bikes to rent the TREK bicycles if you plan to visit the Sonoma area. They will even bring the bikes to your hotel and will answer any questions about the area and its attractions. Healdsburg was one of our favorite little cities. MW
