I have to agree with other reviewers that the attitude of the staff here needs a real adjustment. Hotel is way overpriced. Paper thin walls, lumpy mattress, evident they cut corners on rooms to save a few bucks. Breakfast buffet is self serve, but omelette station is basically scrambled eggs, nothing really to add. Buffet is just a few rolls, melon, salmon, granola, small breads....Not what you would expect at this price category.
We wanted to watch a movie, but the only way to do that was to borrow a DVD from about 10 years ago downstairs, then call for a cable to connect the tv. Low tech.
Wifi in the room at least. Weak signal, but there.
Shampoo in room stinks, but they make sure you know you can buy it for $15!!
If you want a ride to the airport try door to door shuttle 1 415 457 2717. A van to yourself for less than a sedan.
Pool is nice and long. Nice spa.
Try a better rated trip advisor hotel and get an equitable rate.
Away from the busy street, 3rd floor. Different hotel!
