“Excellent Location, Excellent Room, Excellent Breakfast.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2014

One of the best Marriott-chain hotels we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely be staying here every time we return to the Anaheim area. The daily breakfast was wonderful, the room was very spacious and well-situated, the pool area is large and clean. There is a fun 'kid room' that shows Disney movies seemingly constantly, is separate enough as to not disturb the non-kid travelers, but convenient enough that kids can easily use it. There are activities posted in the lobby each day, this place goes above and beyond to ensure a fun, enjoyable stay.

The location is ideal for visiting Disney, and would be an easy walk to the parks (though we drove because we already had a parking pass). Lots of food options nearby in easy walking distance. A grocery store and a Target are very close, too.

My only complaint is that the pool area closes a bit early, 10pm, but that is minor compared to what a nice stay this place provides. Highly recommended.

This hotel is great for families with young children. Our two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and spacious living area made it perfect for us. We had two adult couples and a total of small kids. The convenience of a full kitchen saved on money. There is a nice little restaurant in the lobby with full meals and alcohol. We were impressed that the manager of the hotel was in the restaurant every morning talking to the guests of the hotel.

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms at this hotel!

Our spacious two bed room two bathroom suite is definitely a great value. The full equipped kitchen allows you to cook light snack or a full meal. Can’t wait to have your family come back! Hope to see you soon.

My family and I (8people) stayed in a 2 room suite here at the end of May 2014. We absolutely loved the hotel.

Pros - our room was beautiful, updated and definitely clean (they even did carpet cleaning during our one week stay there)
breakfast buffet was AMAZING - fresh waffles, eggs, fruit, drinks included it was delicious!
Such a great disney area themed hotel, posters of disney, movies playing at breakfast for the kids, even a little gift shop selling disney items if you forgot to buy something!
free parking!
-3 minute drive to disney parking lot (it was $17 to park) we had two SUVs packed with people so much cheaper than the shuttle which i think was $6-7 per person
- right across the street from target (TARGET has amazing disney souvenirs for cheap cheap!)

Im glad we stayed here and didnt stay at the hotels right across from disney, the extra $150+ a night was not worth it. we only went to disney two days.

Cons - none

We spent a week here with our adult family in a two bedroom suite and it was just perfect. We had two bathrooms and a full kitchen which not many of the hotels we looked at had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and facilities. Target grocery/department store across the road and plenty of places to eat. The pool and spa area was open until 10.00pm which was another bonus. Excellent buffet breakfast every morning and free managers special snack/light meal most weekday evenings. About a 20 minute walk to Disneyland but because the weather is so great that was not a problem. The shuttle bus was right outside the hotel if you didn't feel like walking. We will be back - highly recommend this place. Perfect!

Hotel was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was terrific, there was a free shuttle twice every hour to/from Disney. The only way this could have been better is if it was right across the street from Disney, but the hotels there didn't have family suites.

The rooms were well air conditioned, clean, comfortable with a full kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher) and 2 separate bedrooms with a common family room/eating area. Really fantastic arrangement for us and our 3 Five-year olds. There's no better way to travel with a family. The beds/bedding were comfortable, the showers were always hot, and the shower stream was a full, comfortable, hair soaking spray.

The staff was always accommodating. Each night the arranged all our kids blankets and stuffed animals in funny ways for the kids to enjoy. The free breakfast and night time snacks was really, really great, and saved us a lot of money that we didn't have to spend. There's also restaurants and other really useful stores (Target, Walgreens pharmacy, Sporting Goods) really close so you don't ever have to drive your car.

The internet connection was free and speedy, and parking was only $10/day.
Loved this hotel and the location.
My only complaint is their ping pong table should be indoors--it's too breezy outside to play.
Thanks Marriott--Nice Job.

Room Tip: Request an upper room that faces the fireworks and you can see them from your bedroom window.

I definitely agree with you we are great for families. Our spacious two bed room two bathroom suite is the best value in Anaheim. The additional space enhances your trip by giving you room to relax after a long day. Our daily breakfast buffet is an added value especially when you are traveling with a family. Thank you for being our guest! Hope to see you soon.

My family and I just returned home after staying at this hotel for 5 nights. Normally, we stay at a different hotel but this time we wanted to use our Marriott rewards points so we decided to give this hotel a try.

We will never stay anywhere else after staying at this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. We didn't expect maid service every day (as most hotels just do this every other day) but each night when we returned to our room, our beds were made neatly and our room was spic and span. One of the housekeepers even arranged all my kids stuffed animals on the coffee table in a very cute display, which they really enjoyed. One of my sons clogged the toilet one night at 10:00 pm and a maintenance man came to fix it almost immediately.

The breakfast buffet is out of this world! We have 4 young children who are all very picky but each morning they were able to eat something that they enjoyed. There were scrambled eggs with all kinds of toppings (cheese, sour cream, chives, salsa, etc), sausage, muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, waffles, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal...the list goes on. There was also plenty of seating, unlike where we usually stay at where you have to either wait for a table and feel rushed while you're eating as you watch others looking for a table or taking the food back to our room. But not here, we felt relaxed and unrushed as we took our time enjoying our breakfast.

The staff are extremely friendly and responsive. One evening, there were no more pool towels and my daughter went to the front desk to mention this. Not 5 minutes later, someone came out and replaced all the pool towels. My husband misplaced one of our room keys and he was given another one immediately without any problem.

Honestly, I have no complaints. The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing (lots of water pressure and never ran out of hot water), they were even cleaning the carpets while we were there which is good to see because you often have to wonder how often big hotels clean their carpets!!

Oh and the shuttle to Disneyland (you do have to pay a fee) but it was always on time and it was so nice at the end of a long day of walking to have that ride back to the hotel!!

We are very picky people when it comes to hotels and we were very happy!!! Give this hotel a try....you won't be disappointed!

Room Tip: We are a family of 6 and we opted for the 1-bedroom suite. It was a tight fit so next time we'l...
