“Awesome Place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

My husband, myself and my 10 year old daughter stayed at this Hotel for a week. We had stayed at various hotels in Canada and America. Although it is not as modern as some of the places we stayed at it has a lovely family feel. Our room was lovely and clean, spacious, had all the appliances and gear we needed to cook. The swimming pool is great and the hotel is only a 20-30 min walk (depending on how tired your kids are) to Disneyland. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had lots of questions and needed help arranging shuttles, tours and other bits and pieces. Nothing was too much trouble. An added bonus is the free breakfast and dinner on selected days of the week. Only complaint about it is ther could be some healthier options esp with the evening meal (mind you we are health freaks) Would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money and a home away from home.

Here at the Residence Inn right now, and loving our stay. Sergio at the front desk was great, and made us feel at home right away.

Room isn't fancy, but it's not the Ritz. Very functional and clean. Beds are comfy, nice toiletries. Two bedroom suite is awesome with a bunk bed in the kids room as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen is great too.

Pool was very comfortable on a cool November evening and the hot tub was nice and warm to heat up in.

Managers reception was good for a complimentary dinner, baked potato bar with ceasar salad and sodas. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning!

Location is convenient to Disneyland, and talked to people who headed back to the hotel for a nap/swim and are headed back later. There is a shuttle, but I think it costs extra. There are also a number of restaurants around that are easily accessable.

Would reccomend this place for anyone, especially families!

The hotel is about a 30 min. walk from Disneyland. We used ART each time, so we were glad we had purchased a ticket for our 4-day stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with so many offerings. The room was cozy for the 6 of us, but we were hardly there. The hideabed was a typical hideabed with a few pokes from springs. The pool area was a big attraction each evening and was very nice.

Thank You for your response, we appreciate the feedback. We do pride our selves on having one of the nicest pools around. The pool is heated to 85 degrees and the children's pool & jacuzzi is just as popular. A lot of our guests do take a mid-day Disney break and enjoy the pool around the same time as our afternoon social hour Monday through Thursday.Thank You again for being our guest.

Stayed in early November and it was busier than I was expecting.
The breakfast has more selection than a continental brekfast, but the food was just OK...and it was pretty crowded.
The service at the hotel was top-notch. We were pretty easy customers though so we didnt' have much need to test the service.
The shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient.
it was quite clean.
The beds weren't the most compfortable....but about what I woudl expect from this level of hotel.
We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, one of onyl a few hotels that offer 2 actual bedrooms (many advertise a suite but one bedroom is actually the living romo with pull out couch, for example)The value was great.

Thank You for for staying with us and taking the time to review us on trip advisor. Our breakfast does have many different hot & cold items to choose from and we rotate them as much a possible. Our guests do find the ART shutle is very convient with it stopping right on Harbor Blvd. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again, hopefully soon!

We came here for our last stop of our vacation to celebrate our daughter's birthday. I ask for help and James Herera is awesome! He went to extra mile and help us to get the cakes and balloons ready in our room! Thanks also to Joe and jenelle from the front desk! Surely will recommend and will comeback. Thanks for the good experience!

My husband & I took three 9 year olds to Disneyland. We wanted the kids to each have their own bed & we wanted to have a king bed for ourselves. We also wanted to have 2 bathrooms. It took a bit of searching to find something that matched our criteria, that was priced reasonably & had good ratings. Boy, we sure lucked out with this hotel. What a fantastic find! We all slept comfortably in a 2 bedroom suite. One room had a bunk bed, the other had a king size bed. There was also a pullout sofa bed in the living area. A kitchenette & small living area separated the bedrooms. There were 2 full bathrooms, adjoining each of the bedrooms. The hotel & rooms were clean. The kids had fun cooling off in the pool every afternoon. The buffet breakfast was ok. The real surprise was that they offer free dinner 4 nights per week!! That sure helped the budget. The dinners were also very good! I would highly recommend this hotel to families. Included free wifi too. Great value to be had here!!

When traveling with a family value is important. Our hot daily breakfast buffet offers a variety of food like scramble eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and hot oatmeal. The most popular item on the breakfast buffet is our waffle station were you can create your own waffle and top it off with some whip cream or strawberries. Our most popular evening event is Thursday, we offer hamburgers hot dogs and fresh veggies to go along with it. Can’t wait to have your family come back! Hope to see you soon.

My family and I love this place! Reasonable prices for two bedroom, two bath, breakfast in the morning, laundry area, and overall friendly staff. They accommodate as best as they can. The next time I go there I have to make sure I bring them Mac nuts.
