“Priceline upgrade”

Originally we were going to stay at Rodeway Inn in Buena Park but I thought why not give Priceline budding another chance. So far they haven't let me down and this time was no different.

I ended up getting 3 night for a total of $288. Yes there is a resort fee but there is also a feee shuttle and the property is fantastic and clean. The pool is very nice and there is a lot they have to offer.

I will definitely stay here again.

Got a good deal through Priceline for a very short family visit to Santa Ana. Here is a summary of my positive experience: The King bed was very comfortable. They put me next to elevator perhaps because I checked in late, but I never was awakened by loud people. It has a family friendly feel, lots of Disneyland goers. The business center was closed at 9pm, so the front desk person simply let me use her desktop to print my boarding pass. Very easy going. The next morning I enjoyed the outdoor pool and the hot tub. It's long enough to swim laps, was clean. It had lift devices on both the poolside and the hot tub for disabled access. I thought that was nice, even though I did not need it. Not many hotels have that. There are a few cabanas poolside to hang out in the shade. I had the pool for myself at 0900 on a Saturday! They also have a restaurant, a bar open in the evenings, and a coffee shop open all day. I did not check out the gym. Overall it feels like a 4-star hotel although is rated 3 and 1/2 I think. Checkout is at noon. One thing to know beforehand is to expect the hotel to charge $14 for hospitality fee per night (includes parking, wifi).

This hotel has clean large rooms. The property is very nice and has a restaurant, bar and convenience area. Pool is a bit small but does the trick. You can self park but the hotel charges a fee. Really convenient free shuttle buses to downtown Disney. They run until almost 1am. There are a few great places to eat next to the property within walking distance. Would recommend.

We stayed here in January 2010 for a few nights for a trip to Disneyland. This hotel was a great value. The room was clean, the staff was courteous and it was close enough to Disneyland. We would stay here again.

My fiance and I recently booked our wedding at the Wyndham. Most of our guests will be coming from out of town, so it was important for us to have the ceremony and reception at a hotel to make it easier on everyone. We looked at over 30 venues online and toured five. There were things we liked and didn't like about each hotel, but we really liked everything about the Wyndham. It has a great location, it's easily accessible from multiple airports (LAX, Long Beach, John Wayne), and there is a lot to do in the area.

We really enjoyed the booking experience. As soon as we walked in we both thought, "It looks really nice, but I don't know if we will be able to afford it." After we arrived in the lobby (very modern and very well done) we met Shannon Cervantez, the catering sales manager. She's awesome...seriously. Shannon took us around and spent a lot of time talking to us and figuring out what was important to us for our big day. They have a couple of options for the reception and we elected to go with their bigger ballroom because it sets up a nice flow for the wedding. We will have the ceremony outside, then the cocktail reception in a glass room next to the ceremony, then move right into the ballroom for the reception...by far the best layout we found.

Shannon and Paul, who I believe is the GM, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They were able to help us find the best package for our budget and we really enjoyed working with them. My fiance and I both work and sales and we know when are working with good, professional people. They are both great.

First stayed here 4/14 for my son's Disneyland school band trip with 350 in our group. Everything went smoothly. Hotel group sales and staff had everything organized for us, including our own buffet breakfast every morning. All this during the last few day of their remodel. I was so impressed I decided to bring back my family this month but now a Wyndnam property.
Same great service plus a great rate...30 percent off for a three day stay. Keep checking their website daily. I was able to to get 101 dollars a night not including taxes / fees ( BTW...the fee included WIFI, parking, newspaper, use of fitness center, free shuttle do Disneyland.
The remodeled property look good. New lobby and restaurants.
One of the highlights of both trips was Ruben at the wine bar. He actually remembered my name from the first visit. Great talking to him and he is a example of how Wyndnam cares about their guests.

I called the hotel at 2pm to inquire if our room was ready. We were at Disney and wanted to take a nap mid day. After being transfered to 3 people, a very rude front desk agent told me "mam, its 2pm, we do not have a room ready for you" and hung up. No bye, no pleasentries at all. Well, we went to the hotel around 5 and got a room right away. The room was nice a d spacious for 4 ppl with 2 beds. We had a view of the pool which was nice too. We used the disney shuttle on several occations and that was very convenient and included in the $15 per day resort fee. Well, on the check out morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am. And after 2 knocks as i was getting to the door, she walked in. First of all, why would housekeeping be walking into a room at 8am?? On the day of departure?? And she walked in after just 2sec. Very awkward for everyone. Overall, despite the housekeeping hiccup, i would probably stay here again, granted no other hotels were available (which is what happened this time). Oh, there is a target and walgreens right across the steeet which was very convenient.
