My fiance and I stayed here for one night, a Saturday night (8/22/09), on our way back to San Diego after a concert in Pomona. We found this place through Room Savor.com for around $59.00 (must show coupon) and couldn't believe that they had availability for a Saturday night. We checked in around 10:45 PM and asked for a room away from HWY 91. The hotel used to be a Wyndham Hotel. The lobby was elegant. The front desk clerk was gracious and prompt. We got into our room quickly. Our room faced north. Room 402 right across from the elevator. The room was clean, cool, and large. Our bed was a murphy bed that was very comfortable. I checked the sheets and toilet room, all clean. We did have two adjoining doors, which I was worried that we would hear our neighbors, but at 11 PM, it was pretty quiet. The shower was nice (hot water). A little light creepage through the black out curtains (good to bring large clips). Breakfast buffet was $9.95 (omelette station) and just OK for one night's stay. The french toast and pancakes were too dried out. The "make your waffle" was the best part. Actually, I would go some place though. Lots of Disneyland tourists. Best kept secret, free parking at the hotel during your stay and they provide free shuttle service to Disneyland (that's a bargain). We checked out quickly, got home and forgot an item. My fiance called the hotel, talked to Ricardo (housekeeping manager) and Ricardo sent our item back to us free of charge (we got it the next day by regular mail). We would definitely stay here again. Nice place.....more than expected.

We stayed one night at this hotel while stopping to visit family in Anahiem on our trip. When I booked the hotel I got such a great price compared to other hotels in that area and I was afraid it was going to be rundown and dingy. But, to my suprise, it was a great hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and the rooms were very up to date with nice bed coverings and very clean. I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool area. There are free shuttles to and from Disneyland which is very close by. My husband left some new shirts in the room and when I called they had found them and mailed them back to us. They were so helpful and friendly and we will definately stay there again when we go back to anahiem. I don't know what some people were talking about in their reviews that the hotel was not kept up b/c that was not our experience at all. It was not loud by the freeway and we really were impressed for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in anahiem...you will not be disappointed.

The lobby and grounds look nice. The rooms have down comforters in duvey covers in the summer. It is hard to be comfortable- either too cold or muggy in the room. Don't let them put you on the South side by the freeway, if you want to get any sleep. The shuttle service to Disney starts an hour after the park opens instead of an hour before, which would make it convenient for their guests. (You get in the most rides right after the park first opens.) Instead, you drive about 20 minutes to the park because of construction, then have to use a tram to get to the park, and long walks up. Not helpful of the hotel to start so late to run shuttle service. The mini-refrigerators cost!

Anaheim Park Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Anaheim itself. About half way between anaheim and knotts berry farm. We decided to stay here instead of anaheim as the price was better and the hotel offered a regular complimentary shuttle service. After speaking with other tourists staying in Anaheim I am really pleased with our decision to stay here. The shuttle takes you to the Disney main gate. It doesnt matter where you stay in anaheim... they will all say they are close to the main gate... but you will still walk a fair way. Altough our hotel was physically further away we were better off at the end of a long day on our feet. The shuttle ran every hour so we could come and go from the parks as we liked. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good with shops and farmers market nearby. Family resturants etc are within walking distance. Dont think there is much nightlife though (but we were not there for that). The hotel has a really lovely pool and garden area. Our room was basic (2 double beds) which we found a little small and a basic bathroom. It was clean and a reasonable size. The airconditioner was good, but a little noisy. The hotel resturant was good for families but definatley not gourmay cuisene. It was reasonably priced and had a good breakfast selection. The staff were really helpful and helped us get transport out to universal studios and holywood etc which is a long way from anaheim. I would definatley recommend this hotel for families wanting to visit disney/knotts berry areas and think it is a great alternative to the anaheim tourist village area. Much quieter pace and much more reasonably priced options for eating/shopping etc.
