If you can let me know the name of the individual who checked you in, we can hold them accountable for their rudeness. We have cameras that record audio at the front desk for this kind of purpose.

Regarding the Yelp deal, I tried enacting it a while ago, and didn't get much of a response, so I'll be removing it to minimize confusion.

The schedule for our shuttle can be found on our main website. There is a local bus one can ride back and forth in between the down times for the shuttle.

We don't have any rooms with Queen beds. If you'll let us know who told you or where it was mentioned as such, then I can make sure it gets corrected.

Also, a note to everyone, please look carefully at your door hanger. Unfortunately, both sides of the door hangers look very similar and are easily confused. I've let our corporate offices know, but in the mean time it causes mass confusion.

If you have any issues with your room, please let the front desk know and we can usually solve the issue.

“Cold staff. old rooms.”

Stayed here for 4 nights and i didn't want to come back each day if it wasn't paid for already. the facilities need a lot of repair especially the rooms and bathroom. though the rooms are big and spacious and the beds are comfortable. this is actually a decent hotel for the price if it wasnt for most of the staff being cold to almost rude. you have to pay for the mediocre breakfast too. its location is close to disneyland and other shops and restaurants so that is one good thing. overall, i would find another hotel if i will travel here again.

Breakfast is free for most guests with the exception of contracted rates we have with certain travel agencies that make packages.

If you have any issues with your room, please let the front desk know and we can usually send someone to fix the issue or even move you rooms.
