Like every other restaurant in North America they are trying to cut cost to make their bottom line better. It use to be quality food but that is a thing of the past.. Last night was the first rack of ribs I've had in 6 months. You had to chew the whole bone to get enough meat to satisify one bite. The worst part was it was cheep imported pork, with a terrible after taste. Much like Austrialian pork. Good luck staying open in this economy, I won't visit the place again.
