Reviews on-line suggested this was a lovely, family owned Inn near Riverpark in Fresno. Facts are: Not sure if family owned - only saw 2 young men during our stay; rooms appear clean but carpets were filthy (hard to tell because they are dark) and turned the bottom of your feet or my white socks black; only one light blanket on bed - had to request extra blankets; breakfast is very minimal - 2nd day no juice available; located next to auto repair shop and is still a bit of a drive to Riverpark where there are restaurants and shopping. Chalking the whole experience up to another not-so-great adventure in our lives.
