Even if you aren't staying in the Fresno area for an extended amount of time this is still a great choice. If you are staying for more than a few days than I highly recommend this property. They have a nice breakfast and dinner everyday. No dinner on the weekends though. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nice comfy beds with flat screen tvs. Pretty much a full kitchen that can handle all your needs in the room. There is a courtyard in the middle with grills and tables. The pool is your average pool. Workout room is a bit small but adequate. Staff was very friendly. The location is good too.

Stayed one night at the hotel over the Easter Weekend. It is a new hotel opened one month ago. Very nicely modern decorated hotel. Our room still smelled like fresh paint. We had 2 queen beds in the bedroom. The bedroom is bigger than other Homewood suites. Vanity sink area is a bit small but nicely decorated. The sink is outside the bathtub and toilet bathroom. 2 flat screen TVs. The suite was very nicely furnished with Thomasville furniture. Everything is brand new. Front desk was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was included and they have real plates and silverware instead of paper plates, plastic forks and knifes. The breakfast room attendant went out of her way to clean all tables and put away dishes. I can’t say enough good things about the room and the hotel and the staffs.

The hotel is located a few miles outside downtown Fresno, off Rt. 41. Very easy to find, next to Marriott Springfield. There are several hotels nearby and they are newly built. Beside the hotels, there is nothing to do in the area. It’s fine for us because we just want to have a nice place to stay and leave the next day. The hotel is one hour from Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, 3 hours to Yosemite. Great location to stay if you plan to visit these national parks.
