i booked a hotel on econolodge.com in fresno because it was a good stopping point on my road trip and i knew i'd be arriving late and i wanted a clean room in a well-known hotel. i asked for a non-smoking, quiet room on the second floor. i got to the room and it was so disgusting and it overlooks a cemetery!!! the air conditioner is so full of dirt that we were afraid to turn it on and there's a non-smoking sign bolted to the wall. the security lock is broken off the door. it's really a nightmare at this hotel! the staff is friendly enough, but i've never seen such a dirty hotel and I paid FIFTY dollars! The dirtiness and overall decor is what i would expect from a motel that rents rooms by the hour.

Had to take my real estate exam in Fresno and this was a perfect location right off the freeway and away from the clusters of other motels in the same area. For the price the bed was fine. Even though the towels were a bit like sandpaper it seemed relatively clean and comfortable. People at check in.out were friendly too. Would recommend for a couple of nights at most. $40.00 - great deal

For the price 40$, it was OK. The room was OK except for that there was an hole in the restroom door. Small breakfast. Fresno doesn't seem to be a town to stay.
