My roommate had a serious medical difficulty requiring a soft drink asap. I called room service and asked for a rush on the soda. They were up to our room within 5 minutes. Mind you, this was at the start of the afternoon room-service rush time when conferences break for lunch. I cannot say enough good about the staff at this hotel.

The beds (not sleep number type) are heavenly. food is made well and ample portions. The deserts are also exceptional.

When you have a problem, these folks really do try to make it happen. Well done! Well done!

I was in Fresno for jury duty, and the location of this hotel is perfect, and they offer a great rate for the jury. The entire staff provided service that was really friendly. The lobby bar service personnel was one of the best I've ever encountered. My wife and I ended up eating our dinner at the counter because the staff was so great there.

My daughter and I stayed recently at this hotel and it was a very nice experience. It is next door to the Selland Arena (we were there for a concert) and it was wonderful to be able to walk across the street to our room after the concert. The hotel was clean, great bar in the lobby, staff was very friendly and accommodating and an overall very pleasant stay. They have "Sleep Number" beds and though I would probably not purchase one for my home, it was really nice to try one out. (Possibly worth the price of the stay just to try one if you're considering a purchase for your home.) We got a fabulous internet deal and given the price; I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there for new years and had a blast. The bartender Shane was great and took care of us. Rooms were clean and staff was professional and curious. They didn't have the breakfast buffet up but we were compensated for that. All in all it was a great night.
