“Fabulous Pizza (and craft beer)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2012

This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had (and that's saying something from this picky pizza lover). The crust is absolute perfection, thick but perfectly cooked and it actually has a taste of its own. Some of the pizzas come on thin crust but we haven't tried those and because the thick crust is so wonderful, I can't imagine wanting thin.

We've eaten here three times and each time the pizza has been fabulous. The first two times, we had the Premier and loved it. Last night, we had the Garlic Chicken. With this one, you have the choice of having a creamy garlic sauce or pesto sauce. We had them do half and half. Something different this time: our server asked us if we wanted to add fresh mozzarella, made right there on the premises. We decided to take a chance on it - and that was the right decision! That fresh mozzarella made what was a 10-star pizza in to a 12-star pizza!

Another part of their charm is beer in flavors you don't find most places. They do have wine but that just seems wrong with pizza.

We had three pieces left and today I tossed those in a 400 degree oven for 7 minutes. It was just as good as last night and reminded me to write this review. Staring at it as I put it in the oven made me notice again how generous they are with the toppings.

Miscellaneous: Prices are about the same or just a tiny bit higher than Round Table but this pizza is in another league entirely, several steps up from RT! Parking can be a bit of a pain but it's worth it. Four televisions were on, each showing a different sports program, all with the sound off, and music of varying sorts was playing not too loud.
