Menu options and food taste/quality was very average. I was a bit let down by this, considering how nice the Tenaya Lodge is and the price of the food (California Burger with just fries $17 if i remember correctly). The burger i ordered tasted very boring. I imagine that if this were served in any city restaurant it would probably struggle for business. But, as this is one of few dining options in the Yosemite Park area and within our hotel grounds, this is where we ate. My boyfriend ordered the same in addition to fried calamari appetizer, which he liked. I feel that we both ate the food and tried to like it since we worked up quite an appetite from hiking all day long. Atmosphere was casual and service was friendly. I was also disappointed to learn that this Bar & Grill shares many of the same menu items as the Sierra Restaurant next door and also the hotel's Room Service (might as well just have ordered in). I suggest driving down the 41 for 20 minutes to Oakhurst for better dining options.
