We took our family to the Easter Brunch as the Veranda. We have dined there for lunch in the past and thought the food was good but the atmosphere was wonderful. The only problem we had at the time was they charge you $5.00 per person to walk through their gardens after you have paid $30.00 for lunch for 2.
The Easter brunch was ok, not wonderful, food was limited, not as many selections as you would get at most brunches.
Our big problem with the brunch was while we were dining they sat other people at our table. This was not disclosed to us when we made the reservation.
The tables were set for 9 people and halfway through our meal the general manager, who was not courteous about came, asked whose things were sitting on one of the empty chairs, asked that they be removed and sat 3 strangers down at our table. The entire atmosphere for our family was ruined.
We have attended several functions at the Grand Traditions but will unlikely visit again.
BTW, we received a survey asking us our opinion of the brunch, we let them know including an e-mail to the general manager, no response as of yet, that is poor management.
