“A new favorite!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2014

This was our first time staying at a Staybridge Suites hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to have found a new favorite hotel for the north Bay Area.

The beds are very comfortable, woke up refreshed every morning. The kids even liked the pull out sofa bed. Having a separate bedroom and TVs in each was great after a long day at Six Flags. Everyone had their own quiet area to relax.

Bathroom: excellent shower, tall, lots of water pressure, decent sized, clean.

Kitchen was well stocked and really nice to have because it saved us from eating out for every meal.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The indoor pool and hot tub were nice but a bit loud.

The breakfast variety was above average; meat, omelettes, waffles, breakfast pizza, yogurt, Danishes, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, juice... plenty to choose from for picky eaters to get a great start before heading out to the park.

The area is quiet and the hotel is just 10 minutes from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and other area attractions.

The only downside here is the noise of someone above you. Ask for a 3rd floor room. It isn't horrible, but it is noticeable when you are trying to sleep in.

We have season passes to the theme park and with the reasonable prices at Staybridge, this is our new go to hotel in the area.

We stayed at this hotel to be close enough to Napa and still be able to do other things. Loved this hotel! They are very pet friendly. Loved that all the rooms are suites. Loved the breakfast. Happy hour with salad, small bits and drinks. The hotel staff was the most professional and very courtesy. One of the best of hotel staff I have ever stayed at.
My only compliant is that one of the beds in our room....time for a change. Must have been overly used before we got there. ;)

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room so they don't put you near animals or children

The hotel staff is very professional and have always provided courtesy with each of our visits here. A special thank you to Irish! It is a pleasure to see her. The management chose well to have her as an employee

Rooms are aways clean and in excellent shape. It is a good value and saves from costly hotel space in Napa. Yet Napa is just minutes away.

Regarding ammenies. There is a beautiful indoor pool, gym, and a delightful full breakfast 7 days a week.

I would give this hotel a top noch review

Room Tip: Try to book early. This is a popular hotel!

My husband and I went on a Napa getaway for Valentine. We spend 3 nights at Staybridge Suites Fairfield. As we arrived we noticed that the sheets haven't been changed from those before us, they were worn and dirty. The Garbage was full upon our arrival. YUK! After talking to the staff, who were very friendly, they cleaned the room which was a bit too late. Dog's hair kept popping up on us in the room! The pool and Jacuzzi looked dirty and way too cold! The breakfast was mediocre, not a good variety of things. They had make it yourself waffle which didn't last long and wouldn't be replaced after it's done. There was no cream or syrup.... So it was a bit disappointing and we would definitely not come back again!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night while travelling the West Coast of America. We booked this hotel last minute as had to change our plans due to the Government shut down.

The hotel is really good value and in a good location for visiting Napa wine region (about 15mins drive.) The hotel receptionist gave us lots of info, including some 241 vouchers for wine tasting which was really useful. We also visited the Jelly Belly factory which is located near by and did the free tour. The hotel also has a swimming pool which we used, plus outdoor BBQs.

A few mins drive away is lots of restaurants and a supermarket which was great as were able to buy some food to cook in our room (we had a suite.)

The buffet breakfast was ok, couldn't complain really as it was free. Plus they have free washing and drying facilities which was really handy as we were travelling for a month.

I would recommend this place to others.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we saw the sights in San Francisco. It was about a 45 minute trip to get to San Francisco from the hotel (even more during rush hour). When we checked in the first day they had a free supper of sandwiches and they were pretty good, especially since they were free. All of the staff were VERY nice and friendly. The pool was really nice and there was also a hot tub. The room was good, however the floor was a little sticky, like some other people have said, but I think it was just their cleaner that made it feel that way. Also, it was the cheapest place we stayed.

Room Tip: We got a room with a kitchen and the kitchen was very helpful for coolers are stuff like that.
