Celery absolutely swamped the Bouillabaisse. It was un-eatible. The clam chowder was nothing but flour. There was no taste of clams. The seafood platter was terrible. Fish is a delicate food. It needs to be treated with care and respect. The Cafe Marina cooks (chefs ?) clearly do not underterstand this concept.
