It's a pedestrian brige over a creepy part of the lake next to a loud freeway. Parking is limited along the side of the road. This section of the lake looks like some freaky Harry Potter scene with dead tree branches poking out of the water. This bridge is good for one thing and one thing only...getting walkers, hikers, and bikers from one side of the lake to the other. Its not an attraction by any means. A better bet would be to drive a little further south on West Bernardo Drive to RB Community Park. There is ample parking and hiking trails that lead to a more scenic part of Lake Hodges. If you still want to walk across the bridge, the trails will lead you around the lake and directly to the bridge.
