This is a little hard to find with a GPS so I will first offer this tip: From Interstate 15, take the El Norte turn off and go west 1.3 miles. If you plug the address into the GPS it seems to take you to a residential area. It is on the right hand side of the road in the same shopping center at a 7-11 convenience store. This was our third visit to this restaurant and we are never disappointed. We live about 23 miles away and will drive there for lunch on a nice day. I ordered their Poblano Chile Soup, which was delicious, along with one of their specials "the lettuce wrap". It was a large bowl of diced chicken, chiles and vegetables. I formed a "taco" using the romaine lettuce as the shell. Two sauces were served. The portion was so large I took half of it home. My husband ordered the fish tacos with beans and rice. The tacos were loaded with cabbage and the fish portion was rather small but other than that, it was tasty. They serve delicious chips with 2 salsas when you arrive. The service is great but people wait for their entree. I think the cook takes great pride in preparing meals. The portions are large, the people are friendly and I appreciate having healthy options. We are looking forward to our next visit!
