I just selected 3's for all criteria except service since I never got served.
I entered and was seated promptly at 12:15pm.
A waitress came over immediately to introduce herself and take my drink order. I ordered iced tea. Then I sat there for 15 minutes watching her serve other tables in my area and never bring my iced tea or make eye contact with me.
I went up and got my parking ticket validated and walked out.
It was about a three minute walk back to my car and after about a minute an a half I heard someone call to me from behind.
It was the manager, quite winded, who had run the block and a half to catch up with me. He offered his apologies and gave me a gift card.
I thanked him and drove across the street to Il Fornaio.
I'll go back, but not anytime soon.
