IN 1983 I moved to El Cajon and tried all the Italian restaurants in the area including yours. Your pizza is about the only thing I could say is average maybe 4 out of 10. I ordered chicken parmisan in 1983 and sent it back twice this week was worst. The chicken is about 1/4 inch at most and fried. It is topped with the lowest grade cheese available. The sause is poor tasting at best. I really don't see how you have stayed in business that long. I guess El Cajonites have poor taste in Italian food. I am from the east coast and you would survive about a day there. Maybe I'll try in another 25 years, hopefully sombody else will buy it and change the receipe completely. Since Ottavios closed I have deceided to stay home and make a much better meal.
