I really wanted to like this hotel. I had stayed here a couple of years ago when it was under the Radisson Hotel Chain. Our stay at that time was bad enough at that time to receive free breakfast and a 100 voucher through the company I booked it with. I had heard it was under new management and the location is ideal so I thought what the heck we’d try it again. I must admit that the property is improving but it’s a slow process. We checked in around 8pm and I was happy with the new appearance of the lobby. The staff was extremely friendly and check in was a breeze. On the walk to our room I was pleased to see that they had replaced the carpet but once we got into the elevator it was an entirely different story. The elevator is on its last legs. I’m under the impression that these things are suppose to be checked on a regular basis. On the plus side the hotel is only three stories tall so if it falls, it might not kill you. Once we reached the second floor we were once again looking at aged carpeting and extremely hot hallways. The rooms are small and although advertised there was no sleep number bed. This is funny because it was actually one of the things we hated on our previous stay. So we were happy at first until we found the bed to be as hard as a rock. The hotel room its self was clean and our only complaint with the room was the fact that we were facing the freeway. It was so loud that we had to sleep with the fan on just to drown out the sound. I think if you’re on a budget and don’t mind dealing with ongoing improvements then this is a decent place to stay. I wouldn’t rate it any higher than a 3 star. The major advantage to this hotel is the location. Outback Steak house is located in the parking lot. A bowling alley is directly next door and serves a much cheaper cocktail then both the steakhouse and the hotel. Starbucks is located on the corner and there is a small shopping mall with stores like Marshalls, Ross, DWS, Toys R Us, and Target all within walking distance

Thank you for your recent stay with us and for reviewing our property. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback regarding your stay. I'd also take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
1. We have embarked on a hallway carpet replacement project which we just started this past week. You may have seen the signage, and thats why you probably noticed the first floor done and not the higher ones. I can assure you that the work is progressing at a good pace, and we are almost through with the second floor.
2. I am sorry about the freeway facing room. If you have moment would you care to share or inbox me what what the room number was: As shared, there's definitely an area of opportunity where regards noise insulation, and the goal is to identify and correct this.
3. Finally, we have an elevator servicing company, and though not brand new; its imperative that they function correctly, as they should.
If you could take a moment and reach out via email or the number below, I would really like to hear from you in person. We strive to exceed our guests’ expectations and create memorable experiences. We take all feedback seriously, and sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations.
