We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Resort and here is our take on the place....an honest review from actual guests of the resort. For starters, the staff is amazing; friendly, helpful, goes out of their way to make sure you're happy. Restaurant referrals, directions, whatever you need, they'll help you get it. Driving to the resort is a little deceiving as the area is residential; but once you enter the front door, you feel as if you're in another world (palm trees, foliage, plants, waterfalls, lounge chairs, round chairs for 2). The pool, while small in size was perfectly clean. Sylvia is always cleaning and adding chemicals (it was never hazy our entire stay). The haze is more likely to be from suntan lotion than anything else. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and we always had a fun time in there (2 nights until 3 am). The rooms were more than adequate; very clean, beds were soft, showers were big (had plenty of hot water) and we had a safe, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Our sink vanity was a little cracked and drained a little slow but it did not affect the operation of the sink. Breakfast was more than enough to choose from every day (cereal, bagels, oatmeal, croissants, english muffins, danish, juice, coffee, etc.) as was lunch (plenty of fried chicken, salad and sides). Snacks throughout the day (chips, pretzels, cookies, granola bars) were always replenished as was flavored ice water, sodas and fruit. Dinner was not included but we went out 2 night to Palm Springs and ordered in the 3rd noght from a deliciuos mexican restaurant. There are several places that deliver and you never have to leave the resport; the staff takes the orders and food is deliverd to resort....eat naked by the pool or in your room. Other guests were all friendly, respectful and courteous (we exchanged numbers with several and have already spoken). We met couples that ranged in age from 25 - 62. The grounds were immaculate and were always being cleaned by an over abundance of staff. Never saw a condom wrapper or any other kind of trash anywhere other than in the garbage can. The guests police themselves as they all want a clean place to play in. Free margaritas and shots being offered throughout the day (and evening) to all guests. The music was amazing and constant. We had a couples massage (wasn't the best massage but certainly enough to relax you). The disco at night had a great live dj and if you've never experienced a nude disco, you're missing something. While the rooms are on the expensive side, you do have the option of staying off premise and visiting for the day or night. You're not paying for a night at the Ritz, you're paying for the experience and opportunity to enjoy yourselves, be carefree, and spend some quality time with your wife (or partner) in a place that is not like anywhere else in the country. If the price is out of your range, then you have the option to not go. We knew what the cost was beforehand (as we made the reservations) and we were more than willing to pay it because the experience we had was literally "priceless". We had the most relaxing and enjoyable 3 days that we've had together in years and found ourselves doing things we thought we'd never get to experience...and the best part is that we did them all together! You wouldn't think that you could have a romantic vacation experience in an all nude lifestyle friendly resort but that's exactly what we had! I didn't think that my wife was going to be comfortable with the idea of having to be naked (she has a little belly and stretch marks from pregnancy) and I gave her the option to leave at any time if she felt uncomfortable for any reason; after an hour or so, she forgot that she was naked and for me to see her talking with other couples and walking around freely to get a drink or snack was simply mindblowing. By the end of our stay, she had blossomed into a more confident person (confidence in her body) and we both couldn't believe how relaxed and recharged we felt.
