My family stayed for a week a the hotel in late August - we had a 2-bedroom suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel was a good value, the staff was friendly, the breakfasts (as long as you like scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning - actually there was also potatoes of some type, sausage or bacon, waffles that you could make, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, etc.) and light snack Monday to Thursday evening was very good (enough for the kids for dinner, actually), it is convenient to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and there are a couple of supermarkets within a few minute dirve.

On the down side - the water in the pool was murky and they had to close the pool twice for maintenance and the gym equipment is very old and in poor repair - the bicycle is unuseable and the Universal has several wires that are about to snap.

We would stay there again - nice... not perfect, but good for a family.

We had the two room suites booked through my husbands work travel agency. After a long day traveling by plane and cab the hotel could not find our reservations and they were overbooked. Sent us free of charge to the Radison but it was really the Knots Berry Farm resort and it was terrible! What a way to start a vacation, spent over an hour in the smelly Knotts just trying to confirm the room charges from the Woodfin.
We were promised a two room suite the next night at the Woodfin but low and behold someone did not check out of the room we were supposed to have so again we spent our second night in cramped quarters.
The funny thing is the staff said that they NEVER overbooked but we overheard someone at the front desk on the phone saying they were overbooked.
They hotel wasn't that great for all of the hassle we went through. Really would not book there again.

-- We did a road trip in July and stayed at several hotels. (Two adults, 2 toddlers, 1 teen)
-- We wanted to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for each stay, and this was the best of the places we stayed.
-- We got the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom king suite (w a living room in between that had a sleeper sofa too) at Woodfin, and loved it. It also had a full kitchen. And, down the hall was a washer/dryer. The room also had a great balcony.
-- Super buffet breakfast (eggs, meats, DIY fresh waffles, fruits, even miso soup)
-- We got 2-bedrooom-King-Suite for just $169/night on one of the Anaheim Hotel websites (which is actlly the quoted price for just the Single Bedroom suite on most websites). I think it was Anaheim411 with AresTravel.
-- They also have a nighthly happy-hour type dinner around 6pm, but we never managed to make it back to the hotel as we were at various themeparks (Disney is a quick 15 min away).

The suite was perfect for the family with two rooms and two TV's. The kids used the pool and spa during our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc. We plan to return again next year.
