Got this thru Priceline. Was put in room 330 way in the back. Stains on carpet look like dog pooh. I covered the stains with napkin so I don't get to see it. Couldn't sit on the couch either, stained also. Only stayed one night. Nice king size bed though.

Located between LA and San Bernardino with easy freeway On/Off access on I-10. Though grounds and Lobby are nice the rooms could use some updating. Heard that Radisson acquired this property so maybe it's on their long term goals to update this location. Nice rooms none the less. The rooms are of the suite variety. King bed in private room with sleeper sofa in sitting area. Had a micro and mini fridge. Furniture in need of replacement. We had an office chair (one with leather, swivel and high back) in bedroom for the desk but you couldn't sit in it without fear of falling over. The TV's had horrible reception. Shower head could be replaced. Would cause more air movement making it hard to keep shower curtain to stay in one place without splashing water onto the bathroom floor. Nice restaurant on premises for breakfast and dinner. We didn't eat there but they were helpful in providing us with utensils and plates when we had ordered out for pizza one night. Free Wi-Fi available in rooms and computers in lobby though very slow browsers. Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub with lounge chairs. We were there in March and the temps hit 82 degrees one day and the pool area was signed as only open from Memorial weekend to Labor day weekend. Really? We're from Wisconsin and expect to see that from where we live but in California?
Very tropical feel with all the trees and such but would like to see some daily grounds clean up. Like clean up of the fallen leaves and debris off the pathways and stairs.
LA a 20-40 min drive depending on traffic and a nice drive up into the mountains 20min away through the town of Azusa. We stayed here only on the reason of using points from Radisson membership but the room and free parking was well worth it.
Parking is hit and miss because there are conference rooms they rent out and at 7am the lot is pretty much empty but by 8am there isn't an open spot to be seen. Came back from a long day in LA one night and almost had to resort to parking on the street. Found one spot but then came back down just a short time later and everyone was gone. I don't know where they put so many people but they come and go at a moments notice.

Room Tip: Not sure there is a bad room to be had.

I found this hotel through Priceline "Name Your Price".

Here is the bad part. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. I found dried urine still the toilet seat. I checked in pretty late in the morning and didn't want to bother making a complaint or change rooms. I took some toilet paper, some soap and cleaned it before I used it.

The light switch (button) on the night stand was recessed into the base. I had to lift up the entire lamp and push on the bottom to turn off the light.

Now for the good part. My buddy and I were impressed with the grounds and the look of the hotel. You can tell that the hotel is pretty old but the Lobby, pool, and courtyard was nice to look at. The beds were comfy, and we crashed out slept through the night. Although my room was adjacent to the highway, it wasn't at all noisy. Good stay for a decent price. Too bad for the two stars because sanitation is HUGE in my book.

Room Tip: Try to get a room overlooking the pool.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 16 years. We are leaving after 2 days to another hotel down the road because of the the room conditions are shabby and really let us down, poor upkeep, trash bins over flowing, the breakfast buffet was so poor that we looked at it but went to a local cafe. The gates from parking lot to our room would not accept our room key to open, we called front desk they stated it was news to them. The first night it had been tied open. Upon return late after our dinner the second night the gate was held open with a bungee cord. We have seen the change of ownership during our trips to stay here....some good some disappointing but this new property owner has really let us down. We will not be back and do not recommend staying here anymore. We stay at other Raddison properties and have never been this dissatisfied.

Room Tip: We are moving to the Hampton Inn down the road. Recommended to us by family. It is sad to print t...

We've stayed here several times and each visit is not quite as good as the previous. We used to book a king suite, but now that the kids are older, the sofa bed is not satisfactory. The double rooms (double full beds, not even double queens) are on the (noisy) freeway side, and are not sleep number beds, but this is the solution for a family of 4. They really need to fix the sliding bathroom doors. The staff is AMAZING as always. The pool is nice, even in the winter. The grounds are beautiful. We may or may not stay here next time we need a place in the area. Depends on the price.

Room Tip: Choose a double room instead of a king suite if you plan on using the sofa bed. The sofa bed is not...

We needed a suite in the West Covina area and this was the best for the price we paid (about $80/day). If you can't get the heat to work, call the maintenance guy - he will have to open up a valve. We also couldn't get the free WiFi to work. But other than that, we had a pleasant stay. You can't get a better price than this for this area.
