First of all, the room was a little musky. The lighting was pretty bad, according to my wife as she was trying to do her makeup for a fancy night out to dinner. A friend was having a co-Ed bridal shower since they are having a destination wedding and not all of our friends are able to attend. We loaded up the shuttle twice on the way to the restaurant. The first trip, which I was not in, the shuttle driver got lost on the way to the restaurant. As we attempted to reach the shuttle driver at the end of the night, he was supposed to be only 30 minutes out but never arrived. My friend had to call a cab back to the hotel. I called back for the shuttle at 10:55 p.m. and was told the last shuttle was at 11 p.m. Half an hour later, no shuttle came. I called the hotel back and was told the last shuttle was actually at 10:30 p.m. and that the shuttle driver was already off work for the evening. We hailed a cab, which only cost us $9. When I got back to ask the front desk attendant what happened, he barely apologized. Guess who walked in the lobby right after me... The shuttle driver! Your front desk attendants need to learn how to tell the truth to customers! They seemed like I was doing them a dis-service!
