We travel a ton for hockey. The Hanford is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! We are definitely going back!

I stayed for 3 nights and was very very pleased. Every staff member was friendly and genuinely intent on providing exceptional service. The room was quiet abd well appointed. The shower was amazing. Room service was food quality was adequate esp. since it was well-priced for a hotel where the prices are usually exorbadent. Free parking is a HUGE perk. I hope to stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Hanford using my Living Social Coupon I purchased at the beginning of the year. The rooms were clean however we had complain about our first room. It completely wreaked of cigarettes but Brian, front desk clerk, changed my room immediately. For a remodeled Holiday Inn, this was a nicely renovated hotel. I loved the rain shower!! My only complaint was the waitress that worked in the Savoy restaurant on site. She is EXTREMELY SLOW so if you don't have 1.5 hours for breakfast you're better off eating somewhere else. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

I'm only basing this review on a one-night stay, but I'd still say is a good hotel. My friends threw a holiday party in one of the party rooms so we booked a hotel room here so we could easily crash afterwards.

The service is very nice and friendly. The room is well appointed and clean and very modern. Really my only complaint is the one shared by other reviewers of this property... the A/C unit is WAY too loud! This seems to be the one thing leftover from the previous hotel (my guess).

Although it was December and we normally wouldn't run the A/C, we tried to keep it on just the fan in order to keep air circulating and still found it to be insanely loud. Our saving grace was that we were able to open the window just a crack. At least we were able to have SOME air coming into the room.

Oh and I forgot to tell the front desk upon check out that the drain in the bathtub was VERY slow so when we took showers it filled up with a lot of water.

Other than those two issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travelers.
