We stayed in building #4. The view was pretty good and away from the pool and high traffic areas. The cable tv was unbelievably complicated - you had to go back to the menu each time you wanted to change the channel.
The cafe food was expensive and poorly made - don't eat the sandwiches! we learned our lesson and went to Mona Lisa and brougt back our own food for the rest of our stay.
The front desk staff were alright, the valet staff were great as were the spa folks - that's about it for service. We had a couple of bartender that were pretty nice but overall they were not the "quality service" staff the hotel proudly boasts about. The house keeping service was sloppy and incomplete.
Finally, I would have rated this okay but twice, we returned to our room to find that either room service or the housing keeping service left our door open! As a result, the lack of concern for their guests safety - I have to rate it as terrible. We got a "sorry to hear that" from the staff. For the price and expectation- a complete and utter disappointment!
