I have stayed at this Hampton Inn, two times in the past month. The first time was excellent. We were upgraded to a King suite. Nice and very quiet. The only down side was the bed wasn't the most comfortable. The second time, was a two day stay. I was in room 109. Check in was great but, both of the queen beds in the room had not been changed. I pulled back the covers to rest before dinner and was shocked. The bathroom had fresh towels but hair in the sink, around the sink and the floor and not been swept. The management quickly sent in housekeeping to change the bedding. I was not charged for that evening. However, when the housekeeper came to put fresh sheets on the bed, they tried to leave the same dirty pillowcases on the bed. Unclear as to why they would try this with me standing right there. It left me wondering about the daily housekeeping that goes on in the guestrooms. I will probably try another hotel next trip in about two weeks.
