“Always a favorite!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2014

Whether at home or on the road, I've always had great meals at this restaurant chain. Ate at this one during visiting relatives in the area. I like how they change their menu specials so it's not the same thing all the time. I can't say enough about the cheese biscuits, which I could easily make a meal on!

“Red Lobster Great Seafood and Drinks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

After shopping at Surise Mall, we relaxed and had a great meal at Red Lobster. We picked the special "All You Can Eat Shrimp", and everythig was perfect. The drinks were also expertly made by very cool bartenders. TIP: Watch for the driveway because if you miss it, you'll have to circle back through a long stoplight. Not a lot of fun. Also, all Red Lobsters tend to get extremely busy from 6:00-7:00 P.M., so either get there early or enjoy the company of the bartenders while you wait.

“From eager anticipaton to mostly disapointing”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

See the adds- wipe your mouth- make the trip. Then, you wait--wait--always- wait. Finally, a table. Service people are really friendly and efficient. But--we went for the FOOD!. Can't say enough about the cheese biscuits-OUTSTANDING! Plentiful. However, the primary focus of the outing, LOBSTERr.....sadly, hard and rubbery.. Not just one trip, but several--indicating a trend. Don't go for the lobster.

“Top quality food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2013

Craving crab legs so made a visit to Red Lobster. The serving size was
more than enough for one so samples went around. All of our choices
were yummy. The waitress was pleasant and met all of our requests.
We arrived early for dinner, before 5pm. Crowds were present
when we departed after 6pm. Happy with this restaurant.

“poor management at red lobster”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

went to red lobster with my family this weekend to celebrate a birthday, and for the second time in three months had a very long wait because there was not sufficient staff to handle the tables. when we arrived at 6p.m. on sunday night, and with a very few people in the waiting area, we were told that we'd have a wait of 40 minutes or longer. looking around the main dining area, i could see four booths and a table for 8 that were unoccupied, cleaned, serviced and ready for diners. when we asked the manager about the wait, with available tables, we were told that they did not have sufficient staff to handle those tables, but were trying to get extra servers to come in. this is the same exact story we got three months ago when we questioned the same scenario. we will not be going back!!
