“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2013

Pamela and Alessandra were amazing! They found me and my daughter a room at a very busy time when no rooms should've been available. Thank you, just isn't enough! Our stay at this hotel was really the icing on the cake of what I'm sure would've been a fun weekend no matter what... clean, lovely, and the staff is really over the top!

Room Tip: There are a few rooms that open onto the garden patio area. If one is available, TAKE IT! My 3 year...

Our experience was excellent at the Ayres hotel.
Family owned hotel chain and they do things right.
Greeted warmly by front desk clerk and the lobby is inviting with a fireplace and decorated nicely.
Newer hotel located in a shopping area next to freeway. Freeway noise is a little bit of a problem but not bad.
Rooms are clean and very large and bed was comfortable.
Morning breakfast is free and is above the norm that you find at hotels at this price range.
Overall great experience.

Room Tip: Request a room away from freeway side.

AyresHotels, General Manager at Ayres Hotel Chino Hills, responded to this review, November 7, 2013
Dear FORDF350,

Thank you so much us for your stay and for your lovely review of our hotel. Our team is always very glad to get such wonderful feedback from our guests. We are very happy you enjoyed our European-inspired guestrooms with our elegant fireplaces although we apologize you were able to hear the freeway traffic from your room. We always try to give our guests the most quiet and comfortable stay possible and encourage our guests to inform the Front Desk so that changes can be made to guestrooms if possible. We hope that you will have the chance to stay with us again soon.

Sincerely,

Pamela Gonzalez

People were curtious, friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Continential Breakfast was amazing. Great food and wonderful variety. Social hour was fun, especially when the game was on. Cant beat free wine, beer and soda during a good game! Gym and garden were user friendly and a joy to use. Location was nice and quiet, away from busy street traffic. Next time I will pack my bathing suit and reveiw the pool and jacuzzi. We will definately be back there again, real soon!

Room Tip: My room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool and rose garden. It was amazingly beutiful, both...

Our stay at the Ayres Hotel was a good experience. The hotel is fairly new, our room was clean and beds comfortable. I asked for a 2nd luggage rack which was made available right away. I also asked for a shower cap and the staff got one for me immediately. The housekeepers were very helpful and friendly as was Najla at the front desk. The hotel is located in a commercial shopping center right off the freeway and within walking distance to several restaurants and other stores. Breakfast is provided each morning but due to our schedule we did not have a chance to try it. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return for another visit as well as recommend the Ayres to friends. Overall this is a great value.

We have stayed at other hotels in the vicinity, and the Ayres is our favorite so far. Very spacious, and clean room. The hotel was in such good condition, that we thought it was new. It turns out that it is 4 years old. The breakfast was the best "free" breakfast we have had. There were no complications with the check-in/check-out process.

I've stayed in some other hotels in the area but this is the best by far. Rooms are average size and amenities are also very similar to other chain hotels, free internet access; they have a very good breakfast and the process for checking in and out was fast. It took me a while to find the hotel, I had to pass by two times after realizing that it was behind a Lowes, signage to get into the hotel is really bad. I used also the business center to print some documents and it worked fine.

Ana was very pleasant both when i checked in and when i checked out. I would give your Breakfast 5 Stars! It was EXCELLENT! The rooms are clean and well kept, The bed was as good or better than mine at home. There are plenty of resturants around to eat at.

Room Tip: Finding the location is pretty difficult, so make sure you know it is located right behind Lowes.
