This was an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere was great - wide open space, great tables, amazing wood work, lively open kitchen. The food was amazing, and the meat was cooked to perfection - a spot on medium rare. Our waitress was very attentive despite a packed house. Be prepared to wait a bit for a table, but it is worth it. If you are looking for a quick meal, you may want to go elsewhere. This is a place to be savored. The beer selection was good. Best of all, they are very green. As we drove up, we were very impressed to see a ton of solar panels. They also grow their own hops and apparently even have their own goats and sheep. There was a note on the menu that said anyone on staff would be happy to answer any questions about their ingredients, most, if not all, of which are locally sourced and sustainable.
