We had a wonderful time at Cass House at the end of November. The sheets and beds were amongst the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. The rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. With lots of surface areas for your things! I hate staying in rooms with no shelves or furniture for your belongings.
The food was a dream - do not forget to book your table for dinner!
The town of Cayucos is charming - spend some time in the cavernous, wonderful antiques shops, gelato at the Candy Counter on the corner, and drive out to the beautiful roads around Paso Robles. We also ate in San Luis Obispo one evening for a younger college-town feel.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating and made us want to stay for many more days. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to return.
