This gem with 30 seats may be a difficult place to score a seat for dinner, but it is worth waiting for! The food is innovative, well executed, and never disappointing. The chef/owner, Joane Garcia-Colson, is a perfectionist and it is reflected in everything this restaurant does, from the amuse bouche that greets you to the gelato popsicle you enjoy before you leave. Both are presented to diners, without charge! Appetizers are in the $8-$12 range. Entrees average $30+ and desserts are $10. Dish has a wine and beer license that includes a wide variety of wines and every one is available by the glass! Service is prompt and gracious - an unbeatable combination. I have already recommended Dish to several friends who live in the Palm Springs area. My only regret in giving Dish a glowing review is now it will be even harder to get a reservation for dinner. Congrats on an outstanding concept and restaurant. Well done!
