This is an old hotel that has been kept up beautifully. The gardens and flowers are amazing and really add to the experience. I suggest you get the garden room with a patio and umbrella table--you will thoroughly relax there! Breakfasts are super with lots of delicious options. The staff is quite professional and very helpful. There are lots of steps and no elevators that I saw so getting around to all the venues might be difficult for some. The atmosphere is fun--the nightly wine tasting allows you to meet some of the guests who seem to come from all over the world and everyone seems so happy to be in this quaint, nicely done city.
