“Almond Horn & Brownie”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

It was harder than expected to find a place for a quick snack in Carmel. Perhaps it is a remnant from the days when you could not legally eat an ice cream on the street. The almond horn was excellent, the brownie was very good, and the lemon smiley cookie was okay. Not bad but nothing to make this a destination.

TIP: The bathroom here was a mess. Use the facilities somewhere else if you can.

“Good for a coffee after an evening stroll on the beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

Stopped here for a coffee and pastry on our way back to our lodging after a lovely stroll on the beach. Latte was really good as was the huge almond croissant I had. It would have served two but it was so good I was not going to share!!! Gorgeous window display. Girls behind the counter were really friendly. Cute little golf themed cupcakes in the window.

“Wonderful breakfast sandwich.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2013 via mobile

You could split one without problem. The young man that waited on us did a great job, but the oriental lady waiting on another customer had a pretty bad attitude. Very good elephant ears. Would go in just for those.

This my favorite place in Carmel! My trip is never complete without having their awesome chicken panini sandwich for lunch and some pastries for dessert!
ps: their Rugula is to die for !!

“Amazing chocolate eclair”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

Best chocolate eclair I've ever had with a smooth, buttery filling. Too bad it was later in the evening because it would have been perfect with coffee. There were lots of yummy looking bakery treats and the vanilla bean ice cream was soft and delicious.
