We had the lobster bisque (delicious), St Jacques Provencale (sea scallops) and beef tenderloin with a truffle and port wine sauce demi glace. The scallops were incredible! Stephen, our server and part owner (?), is extremely knowledgeable. We had an interesting conversation with him about where the restaurant gets its seafood. (A variety of sources because they want the best.) The scallops are flown in fresh from Maine, and are the best we have ever eaten, filled with the flavor of the Atlantic. The filet mignon was incredible - tender, moist, and topped with a sauce that had me savoring each last bite. Dessert was vanilla/rum and espresso creme brulee - what a combination! Our absolute favorite meal on this trip to Carmel
