All to often we forget to take the time to recognize excellence,
particularly in young executives. Those beginning their career who just
want it to be a more successful career than the average employee. These
individuals need to be recognized, mentored, and rewarded.
We found that person in Misty Wenische. Her hospitality training shows
very well. Misty consistently delivers a very high level of concierge
service, rarely encountered and only really found at The Four Seasons, or
some European 5 Star hotel.
"Play Misty for Me" takes on a new meaning in Carmel, replacing the Clint

tirelessly helps clients with any and all of their travel needs. Each and
every question answered, no detail too small to take care of. It is not
only the helpful detail of her knowledge which was beneficial, but the most
pleasant attitude in which it was delivered which make Misty exceptional.
Misty's local market knowledge of various restaurants results in superior
dinning experiences and often in a better table because she called on
behalf of the client. Her knowledge and helpfulness substantially improved
my travel experience, and I would recommend the Carriage House to a
generally unfamiliar tourist substantially in part due to the benefit of
having Misty there to advise.
We found the Carriage House to be an entirely good experience. The wine
and breakfast additions were a very nice treat, and the selection of wine
surprisingly good, noticed, and appreciated.
I would put a "MISTY WENISCHE CONCIERGE" sign on her desk and reward
any employee who was able to deliver at her level with the same
