Each time I stay here my room gets smaller and smaller and as a 'Preferred' guest that seems odd. I think the Preferred Guest benefits are minimal (coffee coupons). I'm sad the Market Place changed from Starbucks to Peet's Coffee because I do not like their coffee and the tea selections are minimal. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and the shower head didn't work well. The food was good but expensive. The staff are amazing however and so is the spa.
