“What can you say...It's a 5 star!”

Excellent! Excellent service, beautiful grounds, clean rooms, attentive staff, delicious food. The pool area is well laid out, private, with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond every day- always, without question or hesitation.
The only bad thing is the remotness of the resort. $25 one way cab fare to get anywhere away from the resort.

Stayed here for business as part of conference and was very impressed with the resort and level of service. The place is immaculate. The rooms were very large and nicely decorated. Each has a patio. The service was excellent the staff was great. We were there for a conference and we used a lot of break out room. What impressed was how much meeting rooms and ball rooms they had. The Grand ball room was huge and when fully open can hold about 800 people. They had at least a dozen or so rooms of varying sizes. The layout was great with the guests rooms concentrated on one side near the pool area and the conference and business center at the other side. As part of the conference we had breakfast lunch and dinner served and the food was excellent. There was nothing that I did not like or hear anyone one else complain about. Since we were there for a business conference I did not have time to use the facilities like the pool but I walked around it and it pretty nice especially the pool overlooking the valley. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this hotel for both business and personal stay.

We had a company event here, and it was wonderful. They did a great job hosting.
They truly cater to your every desire. I wanted something not even on the menu, and they made it fresh. The food was incredible, but it was the excellent service that set them over the top! I was very please and I hope to attend events here in the future.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service from check in to check out. All the staff were attentive and always aimed to please.

Had drinks at the Lounge with live music on Friday night - great service from the wait staff although some of the tapas portions were skimpy (yes, even for "tapas".

The grounds were pristine and immaculate - beautiful array of flower and greenery.

24 hour workout facility is top notch with a full array of equipment from cardio to kettle bells!

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices including fresh fruit and juices.

Would not hesitate to return

Family coming by, primarily to see this place, and for points to keep Diamond status.
Sister in law thought it was by ocean....wrong.
Given two choices, picked a nice ground floor suite.
Told spa remodeled, and will be starting on rooms soon.
Nice breakfast buffet, family said spa nice. That evening wanted to watch movie, in room TV plasma, and didn't receive any HD channels.
Wanted to play downloaded movie from notebook but TV's so old didn't have HDMI.
Grounds were nice, and staff helpful.
Good holiday spirit, lobby had coffee, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider.

Room Tip: They permit 1st floor to have pets in some rooms, might want higher.

This place is a hit on most every level, especially friendly and accommodating service. Even though I understand all rooms are going through a complete upgrade, I thought the existing appointments were wonderful. Large rooms, great views and access to one of the best golf courses in Southern California.

I LOVE this hotel! My extended family meets there several times a year, and we are always extremely pleased with everything. The grounds are breathtaking and expansive, and the rooms are lovely. The Mother's Day brunch and the Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet are always 5 Star with extremely delish food. But most of all, I love that this luxury hotel is DOG FRIENDLY! My only dissapointment was that we couldn't bring our dog to lounge with us by the pool. That would have been the icing on the cake to top off this great Holiday!
