What a nice place! Check in and out was easy. Full kitchens and each unit has a BBQ. We had a great view off the deck of the ocean and a,axing sunsets, get an ocean view room. There are bicycles that you may borrow and go on nice bike rides along the boardwalk or to Dana Point Harbor.

This resort is older, but is clean, in a fabulous location, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I went with a family member who is a head injury survivor, and has some difficulty understanding complex ideas. The staff were kind, gracious, patient, and really sweet. This made my vacation so enjoyable, and if they read this, THANK YOU AGAIN!

We stayed the 1st week of July, 2012. Our 1 bedroom overlooked the ocean, we watched the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. The furniture was very comfortable, and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated. We cooked, using the BBQ and other appliances furnished for a terrific home cooked meal. We had two flat screen TV's, making the grandson very happy as he could hook up his X-box. We used the pool and jacuzzi which were also well maintained. Checked out bicycles and rode for miles, enjoying the ride, scenery and shopping. The staff answered all questions, and were very friendly. Parking can be a hassle in beach communities. No problem here, each guest is issued a pass for their underground parking garage. There is an elevator and plenty of carts making it easy for guests to take luggage and other items to and from their rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely return. The only regret we have is that we couldn't stay longer!!! My compliments to the staff. p.s., our one bedroom was shown on the internet, when we arrived it was exactly as pictured. No suprises, Very nice.

Everything was average. There weren't any problems and we had a good time. Definitely go to the Monday morning meeting for some good info about area attractions. We ended up getting 2 for 1 whale watching the same day. Take out the free bikes to get a look at the beach and harbor nearby. The beach directly in front of the place is no good for swimming or surfing. You need to go down to the main beach by the harbor. One bad thing is the commuter train that comes by a couple times an hour it seems like. It's loud but quick.
