Great service from Agustina and her staff!! A typical hotel does not have a full kitchen with all the hardware that's required to create a meal. You even get a grill in your patio, with the outdoor table in order to enjoy that sea breeze. Which is a great money saver when your on a tight budget that does not allow you to eat out every time. Will go back again in a heart beat.

We are owners here, and this is my favorite week out of every year. I love the location right across from the beach, but it's also an easy drive to Anaheim, Legoland, and San Diego. We have great service every time we are there, and I hate leaving to go home. They make simple upgrades to the property every year to keep it nice, and it is a well-managed property. We also own a timeshare elsewhere that we convert to points, so we stay at many places around the country, and this one never gets old because of the home-y feel.

I loved it this place! A lot bigger than what you would get in a hotel room. Pretty much like a one-bedroom apartment. Loved having the kitchen and even had some friends over for a BBQ! Nice size deck. Having the beach across the way was heavenly. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a chance to enjoy the pool which was nice too. I didn't really want to leave. A few pubs and restaurants within walking distance which was so nice. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to friends. Very reasonable too!

We purchased a Sundowner week here around 7 years ago. The Sundowner units are 2BR/1BA and all face the ocean on the corners of the building. We live in Alaska so it took a while before we could go down, so in 2008 we stayed for 2 weeks, and it was FANTASTIC!! We have been timeshare owners for over 10 years and have stayed in places all over the country, but this is our favorite! The staff is so friendly and efficient, we feel like it is our home away from home. We love it and bought another week this last winter, Sea Captain, 2BR, 2BA and are looking forward to staying there this coming November. I can't believe the bad reviews, but some people can't be pleased no matter what. We had guests stay there 5/27/12 - 6/3/12 and they wrote me yesterday raving about how much they loved the resort. We will keep coming back!!
