“Great Lil Hidden Gem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2011

Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Krabi. This hotel is in Krabi Town so the beach is half away or so by taxi which can cost 400 bhat one way so be wary of this when booking. Nice new hotel. Very modern.. Nice staff who speak English. Stayed two nights and had a great two peaceful nights. Clean and basic and very spacious rooms. Would definately return if going back to Krabi.

The mattress on the bed is as hard as rock. I may as well have slept on the floor. I slept very poorly. The next night I asked for a couple blankets to soften up the bed and they refused to give me more than one, saying the hotel was "fully booked, sorry! no extra blankets".
Also, the owners are very cheap and wouldn't give me a map of the city. Said it was the last one. The breakfast which is included is ok, unless you don't like eggs... You have the choice between fried eggs or an omelet. Otherwise, a clean hotel.

Room Tip: Ask more a none thai matress.

Wifi is not free. And not available in the rooms. Have to hoof it to the pool or lobby.
Tried to get a pool towel for the pool - was told I was issued only one. And could not change it, even though mine was wet.
Hot water is good.
Had to retune the tv.
For cheaper rates, the hotels up the street would provide the same service. And some with free wifi.

Stayed here on our return journey back to Ireland. We got a triple room for 1250 TBH with breakfast included. Rooms are very nice, newly decorated with comfy beds, tv, fridge, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. Air con in bedroom and bathroom. Nice pool downstairs and breakfast was great considering we only paid 10 euro each for the room. Definitely recommend to stay here!!

This place is an absolute joke! Money and jewellery stolen, when it was reported to management they didn't care in the slightest and didn't seem surprised that it was taken. While staying here we warned others staying in the hotel, unfortunately it was too late and they too had items stolen! Would highly advise avoid avoid avoid !
