We stayed just one night so, on impulse, splurged on one of the fancy rooms. It was about the most elegant room I’ve ever seen. The room and dining area were so nice that I expect the non-fancy rooms are nice, too.
Breakfast was huge. No way two people could finish all that. (Friends there said many hotels in Israel serve breakfasts this good, but we haven’t seen it.) The host told us most of it was homemade -- her husband makes the olive oil.
- No screens, so mosquitoes made us regret leaving windows open. We would have been fine if we used the air conditioner, but it’s a shame they don’t encourage fresh air.
- Wifi was a little flaky
