IMO - do not pay rack rate for this hotel - use hotwire or priceline. For $200+ a night you WILL hear planes, trains, cars, people, loud tvs, etc.
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights - not too bad for the price, but notification of the construction would have been a nice touch. The hotel is across the street from the airport which is great if you have an early morning flight. This can also be a problem if you are a light sleeper - you CAN hear the planes take off/land. I did hear the train as well - again if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.
Fitness center - wow. decent sized, 7-8 treadmills, 4 elliptical trainers, and 4 (or 2?) stationary bikes. Gym wipes & towels are available. I did not see water but there are flavored waters near the front desk.
Internet $9.95/day
Comfy bed, bathroom was a bit on the small side.
There is a Daily Grill restaurant in the hotel - food was ok - pretty much typical chain food - as someone mentioned there are additional options across Hollywood Way at the edge of the airport.
The Parking was a bit of a pain due to the hotel having a few groups on site, but there is plenty of parking $14/day (or so).
the hotel is convenient to major local streets and freeways. Grocery, pharmacy and chain restaurants all within a 5 minute drive as well.
For the right price I would stay here again.
