“Great Watching-Food OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013

This is people & gitchy watching at it's best. A regular hangout for TV personalities & movie stars who have horses in the area. No pretensions here-Wranglers & boots, the order of the day.
Good to very good musicians almost any evening-
Drinks are fairly priced-good bartenders-no one gets out of line-too many regulars.
Food is average to good. A lot depends on who is cooking. Huevos Rancheros always good. Chile Verde same. Crab Enchiladas w/real crab. Fair size menu, which seems to fit all. The turn over is so large due to resident community and activities @ Equestrian Center, no fear of "old product" turn over is constant--go-leave your "tude" at the door!

“Not the best, not the worst”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

We went for dinner on a Saturday, early. We were the only people seated in the patio area, where we asked to sit. We had to wait a long time to order. We waited even longer for the food, which was average. Pricey for what they serve. The waiter never came back after serving us, so we had to look for him to pay. No refills on drinks or chips. Won't return because of the terrible service.

“Terrible food, bad service, but nice atmosphere”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2012 via mobile

Totally tasteless over-pricec food, slow service with a bad attitude. The only thing good about this place is the horses "parked" outside the window!

“Great Mexican food in Burbank”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2011

We stopped here for a bite to eat after watching the Tournament of Roses' Equefest at the Equestrian Center. The decor is funky Mexican; the bartender was efficent and friendly. We ordered the Grande Viva Platter Appetizer for $10.50. It included nachoes, quesadillas, taquitos, chimis, flautas, guacamole and sour cream. Quite a lot of tasty treats! We also had 2 Tecate beers. We wished our hotel had been closer as we would have returned for a real meal.
