“Great Location &Unbeatable Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2012

The staff at Hotel Amarano were extremely friendly and very accommodating to my needs. I loved the decor and cleanliness of the room. The bed was THE most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. So much so that I had to force myself out of bed in the morning. Needless to say, it made for a very relaxing and much needed getaway. Elie, the room service server, was awesome! And speaking of room service, the hotel has 24 hr. room service! I'll def be back!

We stayed at the Amarano 18 months ago, and loved it then so thought we'd try it again. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, on the back side for a quiet option. For us the thing that makes it great is the location - we had to be in Hollywood every day but didnt want to stay that way. Burbank is close enough and quiet enough to make it a very reasonable distance. Its only 7 minutes to Hollywood and Highland Center on a good traffic day, and the same to Universal.
The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are great - big, with a gorgeous comfy king bed and pillows. The bathroom is large with a shower in the bath and also a standalone shower. TVs in both rooms means you can out the kids to bed and still enjoy some downtime. We had room service one night and the mac n'cheese was fantastic (if not heart stopping!) and the lobster bisque also lovely. Very reasonably priced too.
I travelled alone with my child this time, and felt safe the whole time. There is a Vons across the road and a grea diner Bea Bea's for a breafast fix.
If they maintain the property and the service, we will definately stay at this hotel again.

This was our fourth or fifth stay. As usual, it was very pleasant. The beds are most comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Starbuck across the street. Good breakfast restaurant also across the hotel. Close to Burbank airport.

From the moment we walked in we were treated courteously. Loved the modern decor and all the feather pillows for the bed. We enjoyed a nightcap in the bar which was lively. Breakfast was very good. The staff was attentive and professional. We will stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms not facing the street are very quiet.

Really great location. I was worried it may be a little far out but it was perfect.

We had a 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The large closet was a bonus. The kitchenette had everything we needed.
Great service from the front desk.

As a hint don't do valet parking it's expensive and you can park around the corner (a 1 minute walk) for free. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a very comfortable hotel that is located very conveniently in Burbank. It's a 10-15 drive from the manageable Burbank airport and is close to major studios.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with superior beds and big, bright bathrooms. One issue: they seem a bit skimpy with towels.

There's a lively bar off the lobby with a strong wine selection and a bartender who knows his way around a martini.

Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly and rates are quite reasonable for this level of hotel.

Hint: Bistro Provence, a wonderful restaurant, is across the street.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and were able to experience some of the other attractions in the area (Bistro Provence). We do have a great Lounge atmosphere and our mixologist are known for their special martinis. Thank you so much again for your review.

I stayed twice at the Amarano in January and in April this year for business and each time, the staff has been extremely helpful.

I had special requests that I had sent in advance and they were definitely met. In particular, I wanted a room with a kitchenette and not overlooking the road (not that it is really busy at night, though). I have been amply satisfied.

The supermarket across the street is extremely convenient.
