Thank you for your review. It can get crowded in the breakfast area from around 8AM - 9AM. In light of that, I'll inform my staff to allow guests to bring food into their rooms.

We can move you rooms if you have any issues with your current one. I'll let my Operations Manager know about this so that they stop playing video games behind the front desk.

I'll also send him your feedback about how you were treated by different staff members. It does get to be a little crazy during our shift changes at around 2:30 PM since they have to count their cash drawers.

“Basic but definitely not crappy”

I picked this hotel because it was in between places I needed to be so ended up booking for 2 nights. Location was good and had lots of places to eat and shop around it. Beds left a little to be desired but everything else was fine and my stay was pretty comfortable overall.

Thanks for your review! We've recently changed some of the beds. Also, we're in the same parking lot as Target and have tons of restaurants nearby where guests can get a complimentary discount card.

This is totally unacceptable and makes me very angry that your stay was disrupted by our neighbors. I'll be reminding the staff to call police regarding the noise issues. There are noise ordinances that do not allow disturbances that you had!

Just for reference, as a hotel guest, you can always call the police as well if there are noise disturbances and the hotel isn't sufficiently taking care of the issues.
